...Or does it? I was pleased when I saw that someone was trying to beautify the neighborhood. This tree hole on the corner of Greenpoint Avenue and Franklin Street was in need, and someone filled that need with this plastic palm. I had no objection to it. But someone else did. Why uproot a tree, even if it is plastic?
