a nice salade niçoise

Salade Niçoise.

I'm not a literalist if that's a word which it probably isn't. This is my variation on a theme. Instead of all the usual ingredients, this one has arugula, artichoke paste, tomato, grilled zucchini, chickpeas, purple potatoes, and of course, tuna! Really really really good tuna! From Spain.
