about Royal Elastics? I must go try some on. I really like the non-sneakeryness
of their styles.

I wandered into Saks last night on my way home -- a big treat, but I have only wandered in twice since I have lived here -- and as luck would have it, they were having an in-store event for Lacoste, complete with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. That was nice. So I thoroughly explored floor 5, and found some great labels I really liked. Have you ever heard of A+Eve? Or Tevrow+Chase? It seems the + is the new & for fashion labels, but makes it hard to search in Google. I can't find a website for A+Eve, but here is Tevrow+Chase, based in Toronto (a great city!). The examples I saw at Saks are along the same lines of my style, but double and triple the price. Check out their list of stores. Very impressive.
