what a bargain

If you were a fan of Woolworth's (and who wasn't?), you would love Dee & Dee. Chances are you have never been to one. Chances are there is one in your neighborhood that you walk past once a week or so. You must go. Why? The prices! And the very great merchandise. What's not to like? Pocket tissue packs @ 10 for $1, ironing boards, full length mirrors, plush bath towels for $4, strange close-out items (those are the best), and even some interesting placemats at times.

This week, they have some specials that I wanted to share with you, if you happen to live in Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan. Perhaps there are more Dee & Dee stores that I don't know about.
