Our e-mail has been intermittent too, so the best way to inquire about products for now, until the problem is fixed by our Web host, MDS-HOST
, will be to write to me in the comments section of this blog, or call us directly.
I wanted to let you know that I am fully aware of these problems. I have opened many trouble tickets with them in the past 3 days, and the issues remain unsolved. I finally spoke with a person on the phone last night who did not simply close the ticket and tell me everything was fine, but was going to attempt to get the bottom of these matters.
I just opened a new trouble ticket this morning at 7:55. Let's see how long they take to fix the problem or even respond. I will start looking for a new Web host early next week.
If you would like to let MDS-HOST
know that my website is down, please click Live Support Chat and let them know. Thanks. I hope we get this solved today.
UPDATE: The website was back up and fully functioning at 8:26am, only to be down again in by 10am, where it remains down as of 11:19. I have received no response from them, as my email is down too. They have not called me to answer any of my questions either.
